Raphaela Kotsch

Raphaela Kotsch is a Ph.D. student at the chair of Political Economy and Development. She holds a BSc in Economics from Vienna University and a MSc in Environmental Economics and Climate Change from the London School of Economics. Her work lies at the intersection of climate policy, environmental economics and machine learning.  Raphaela Kotsch’s research deals with carbon pricing, carbon markets and the application of natural language processing (NLP), network analysis and machine learning methods.
